Agreement

Terms that govern our relationship

By accessing or using any Ireu website, applying to any program, purchasing any service, or registering for any event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Parties

"Ireu", "we", "our" refers to Ireu Tech Education Pvt Ltd (CIN: U85300KA2022PTC162526) and its affiliated entities including Ireu Media and Events Pvt Ltd and Luxurious Bookmyhouse Pvt Ltd, all registered in Karnataka, India. "You" or "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing our services.

2. Program Enrolment & Fees

→Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fee and execution of the enrolment agreement.

→All fees are stated in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

→Ireu reserves the right to modify program structure, schedule, faculty, and delivery mode with reasonable notice. Material changes entitle you to a refund per our Refund Policy.

→Certifications are issued by partner institutions (IISc, IIT Madras, BEST Univ.) subject to their eligibility and attendance requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on Ireu websites — including text, graphics, logos, course material, videos, and software — is the property of Ireu or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Personal study notes taken during enrolled programs are exempt.

4. Code of Conduct

All students, staff, and event attendees must comply with the Ireu Code of Conduct and the Ireu Standard (Quality · Discipline · Delivery · Commitment). We maintain zero tolerance for:

→Financial fraud or misrepresentation of credentials

→Harassment, discrimination, or sexual misconduct

→Unauthorised recording or distribution of program content

Violation may result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ireu's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Ireu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational harm.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The courts of Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to enrolled students at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
